*Returns & exchanges process
1.Please contact our customer service team within the specified time and provide order information and the reasons for return or exchange.

2.We will review within 48 hours after receiving the application to confirm whether the return and exchange conditions are met.

3.After the review is passed, the customer needs to return the goods and related accessories to the designated address, and the freight shall be prepaid.

4.After receiving the returned items, we will conduct an inspection. If the conditions are met, the return or exchange will be processed.
